Alan Munde
Banjo
A native of Norman, Oklahoma, Alan is one of the most respected and loved banjo players in the world. A master of both melodic and traditional Scruggs styles of playing. Alan has played professionally for 25 years. His touring and recording with Jimmy Martin in the late 60s, his many recordings-solo and with Country Gazette - and his influence as an extraordinary banjo player and musician, place him prominently in the lineage that began with Earl Scruggs and Bill Monroe. |
